1. Overview

StealThisSaaS ("we") collects limited data to operate the service, prevent abuse, and send optional emails you request.

2. What we collect

Analysis requests: URLs you submit, derived domain names, and analysis artifacts stored in our database (scores, kits, crawl summaries).
Rate limiting: A hashed version of your IP address to enforce fair-use limits. We do not store raw IP addresses long-term.
Newsletter: Email address if you subscribe to the weekly drop.
Founder claims: Email and verification data if you claim a domain page.
Submissions: URLs you nominate for trending, with a hashed submitter IP.
Analytics: Aggregated usage events (page views, feature usage) via Vercel Analytics when enabled.

3. How we use data

Run and cache competitive analyses you request.
Display public stealability pages and trending submissions.
Send transactional emails (founder notifications, newsletter confirmations).
Improve reliability and prevent abuse.

4. Third parties

We use Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (queues), Resend (email), and AI/scrape providers to process analyses. These processors handle data only as needed to provide the service.

5. Retention

Analysis records may be cached for reuse. Newsletter emails persist until you unsubscribe. Rate-limit records expire within the enforcement window.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of newsletter data or founder claim data by emailing us. Public analysis pages for domains you do not own may remain cached as part of the service.
